If you need to un-install / install the hasp key driver note the command switches and that they can all be used in one go.
1. Go onto Command Prompt or Start – RUN.
2. Please provide the path of the hasp installer in the command prompt or you can drag and drop the haspdinst setup file into command prompt
3. Now use following commands hinstall.exe –r –fr –kp –purge for Uninstallation. It will remove the installed drivers.
4. Once you are through with that, Re-start the machine.
5. Now go head with your fresh installation with providing the path of the hasp installer in the command prompt or you can drag and drop the haspdinst setup file into command prompt and then hinstall.exe -kp -i then check the latest version is installed by repeating it with command -info (hinstall.exe –info).
Latest version at present is 5.95
If our software then still complain that the hasp key driver is outdated check the DLL that is used. The currently correct DLL is haspds_windows.dll dated 25/11/2010 and it must be in the program folder – MM or RM or PM or SM.
