Welcome to Irrimaker Irrigation Software’s quick tip #7. Today we would like to show the Irrigation Designer especially a way to visually and numerically present the sprinkler pressures of a design as the heights of DTM points.
Once you have an already designed Irrigation block you can proceed.
Find your way to the Irrigation Menu, Global and then Design&Calculate. In order for the pressures to be transferred, they need to be calculated first.
Run the calculation and then head over to the Info tab.
Select 1. Nodes, 2. Pressure and then the 3. Project in which the Points should be placed. Go ahead and click 4. Copy DTM then.
Once the points were created based on the pressures, you can see them in Project 2.
Note that the elevation of each point is the sprinkler pressure at this stage.
At this point you can create and display the triangles and contours based on the Pressure Points.
Finally by using the 3D you can clearly see the sprinkler pressures visually displayed for the design. You can also include the Irrigation in the 3D.
We suggest using Irrigation Software intelligently and believe you will benefit from this quick tip. If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to let us know in the comments bellow.
Thank you for your time and attention.
